We strive to make your experience with us as simple and convenient as possible. We use a mobile app called Time To Pet.
By creating your on-line account using our software system, Time to Pet, you can easily request services, provide updates or changes to your pet routines, view all of your scheduled events, view your invoices, communicate with us and more.
Follow the steps below to get started with us!

You will be prompted to digitally agree to our Terms of Service Agreement and Pet Care Policies the first time you log in.

Complete your client and pet profiles. This important information allows us to provide exceptional service.
We do require your account details to be complete before our New Client Consultation.

Schedule your complimentary meet and greet by visiting the "scheduling" section of your account and select
"Meet & Greet"

We will contact you to set up a day to become acquainted with you and your pets and discuss your needs for pet care.
